Teo, a traffic reporter, delivers live coverage from his helicopter of the year's most spectacular police chase. A red sports car dodges checkpoints and leaves half a dozen patrol cars in the dust while his commentary sets the airwaves on fire. Then he focuses his binoculars and recognizes the fleeing car: it's his own, stolen that very morning.
